We respect the intellectual property rights of others. It is our policy to respond to any claim that content posted on hyrs.xyz infringes on the copyright or other intellectual property rights (“Infringement”) of any person or entity.

  4. Your contact information, including your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

We will take appropriate action, including removing the allegedly infringing content from the website.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, hyrs.xyz has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was wrongly removed under the DMCA, you may submit a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification
